School closing activity for Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School

An open house is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 18. Current and former students, parents, staff members, administrators and community members will say goodbye to the school, which has served this community for nearly five decades. The closing event will include the school carnival. There is no formal closing program.
